Hi folks,
One of the coolest things about our Show Garden design is the garden furniture in the Pavilion. Supplied by London-based retailer placesandspaces, the Livingstones outdoor furniture that Jim has selected looks just like pebbles at first glance. Once you get closer, you realise that they are actually soft and cushiony and perfect for lounging on!
As described on the placesandspaces website:
Livingstones is a collection of upholstered pebbles in both indoor and outdoor versions. The indoor version is upholstered in felt, the outdoor in neoprene. The largest pebble makes a comfortable 2 seater sofa, the smallest a little cushion.
The placesandspaces website is well worth checking out – it’s definitely the place to go if you’re in the market for paint-by-numbers wallpaper, a tree swing with actual plants growing up the ropes, or clay garden sculptures that transform into garden lights at night.

Thanks for sharing your information. Enjoy all of your pretty photos. I just about live outside, so here are some things you need to consider. Wood rots and falls apart eventually. You want to treat it yearly, which is no party. And you have to treat every nook and cranny on each piece, because water will find a path in. Resin will discolor and needcheap. Plastic can be kind of uncomfortable. The best patio furniture is wrought iron. And if you get a decent set. It’s worth the cost. I’m a long time lurker and first time commenter!
